The construction process in the residential gated complex Sofia Park Villas is going into an important phase. 25 out of the 34 houses in the complex have already received Act 14 - a certificate from the municipal administration under Art. 181, para. 2 of the Territorial Development Act for completion stage "rough construction" and acceptance of the construction of the building.

Nine of the buildings are fully completed and ready for operation after passing through an Act 15 Commission (establishing the acceptability of the building and its correct implementation according to the approved designs).

The vertical planning has been completed in district 1 and 2 of the complex and landscaping preparation is undergoing.
